How long does it take to make my candle?
Because each candle is hand-poured in small batches, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be lovingly made and prepared for dispatch. During launches or busy gifting seasons, this may be slightly longer, but we'll always keep you updated.
Do you keep stock or make to order?
A little of both. Some of our most-loved candles are kept in limited stock, while others are poured especially for your order to ensure they're as fresh as possible.
Can I send a candle as a gift?
Absolutely. Our candles make beautiful gifts for birthdays, housewarmings, weddings, thank-you gifts, or simply letting someone know you're thinking of them.
Do you offer gift messages?
Yes. Simply leave your message at checkout, and we'll include a handwritten gift note at no extra cost.
